Ovarian Cancer Sale & New Treasures Unit

I just got done visiting my parents in Springfield and had a long and relaxing holiday weekend.  I just hate how I always wish for one more day.  I hope everyone enjoyed their time off for labor day.  I have a feeling that may have been the last weekend for pool time :(

Since it is ovarian cancer awareness month I will be hosting a sale at my teachers notebook shop.  All of the proceeds will directly benefit women affected by this silent killer.  I always donated 100% of my proceeds to GYNCA.  This is the organization that helped put my family when my mother got diagnosed 2 years ago.  It is a blessing. 

 I am also posting up my newest Treasures Reading Unit For unit 2 week 2.  I have had a lot of positive feedback and will continue to work on units.  I have all the units done for unit 1 and it has made my start of school so much easier for planning.  I have also been working on some sight word bundles for Treasures sight words.  I see all these great activities but they don’t work with our school curriculum.  Hopefully others will find it useful.  This should be up this weekend.
